Turned those large cupcakes below into mini cupcakes and added some handmade chocolate 30’s to them. These were for boyfriend’s actual 30th birthday party. Then I decided to make 100 chocolate covered mini pretzels to put into “goodie bags” because I am crazy. Good times.

Hello. About three weeks ago my father passed away from lung cancer. About 1 week ago I gained a crazy addiction to baking. This is where I will post pictures of the things I have made. I have been attempting to bake for years now, but was never good at it. Out of nowhere I can finally do it. I’d like to think my father has a hand in it all, but he was not a great baker. He did however, love sweets. So perhaps he is part of this somehow.
For now, instead of therapy, I am baking.
So here we are, my baking therapy.
